Meet Our Team
Kristin Mills- Owner & Head Trainer
With over 15 years of experience working with dogs—and 8 years focused on training—Kristin has dedicated her career to helping dogs and their families build stronger, more harmonious relationships.
Before founding her training business, Kristin worked in various areas of the dog industry, but it wasn’t until she began shadowing professional trainers that she discovered her true passion. Her journey became deeply personal when one of her own dogs, Bindi, presented significant challenges that left Kristin feeling overwhelmed and defeated. Determined to help her, Kristin immersed herself in learning about canine behavior and training methods. When she finally found an approach that worked, it completely transformed her relationship with Bindi—and inspired her to help others experience that same breakthrough.
Kristin’s training style is relationship-based and highly individualized. She believes that every dog and owner are unique, and tailors her methods to meet each team where they are. Known for her work with reactive dogs and socialization, Kristin brings patience, empathy, and a deep understanding to every case. She has fostered over 100 dogs, attended numerous professional seminars, and continues to expand her knowledge to stay at the forefront of modern dog training.
At home, Kristin shares life with her husband, daughter, and eight dogs—each with their own quirks and personalities. She trains and competes in agility, with one of her dogs earning an agility championship title. For Kristin, agility isn’t just about competition—it’s about connection, teamwork, and having fun together. When she’s not training, she loves traveling with her family (dogs included!) and spending time in the mountains.
For Kristin, dog training is more than just teaching skills—it’s about helping dogs and their people live their best lives, together.
Eden- Trainer
Eden has been working with dogs since 2018 and began training professionally in 2020. After nearly a decade as a hairstylist, she decided to follow her passion for animal care. What started as a plan to become a veterinary technician quickly changed after working at a doggy daycare, where she discovered how much she loved helping people build better relationships with their dogs.
Eden enjoys working with all kinds of dogs — from nervous and insecure pups to bold, high-drive personalities (as long as they don’t want to kill her, she jokes). Her approach to training is balanced and relationship-based, using play, motivation, and clear communication to help dogs and their owners understand and enjoy each other more.
Her favorite part of training is when everything starts to click — when owners begin to rebuild confidence and connection with their dogs and rediscover the joy in their relationship.
At home, Eden’s pack includes Cooper, her wise old man; Clementine, her loving shadow; and Theo, her sweet and independent pup. When she’s not training, she loves spending time outside with her dogs, practicing for GRC dog sports, building Legos, cozying up with a good scary move, drinking coffee, and going on spontaneous adventures — always with good company!
Hannah- Trainer
Hannah joined The WoofPack in 2024 and has been working with dogs professionally since 2019. She got her start as a pack walker in Seattle, WA, and even ran her own walking business before moving to North Carolina. Her love for training began with her own dog, Charlie — an Aussie/Border Collie mix with a tough start in life who taught her more than she ever expected about patience, understanding, and teamwork.
Hannah loves helping dogs and their people build stronger relationships and the confidence to take on new challenges together. She believes training should always be rooted in trust and communication — and that celebrating every win, big or small, is what makes the journey worthwhile.
At home, Hannah’s pack includes her two cats, Oliver and Dodger, and her dogs Charlie, Greta the Bernese Mountain Dog, and JuiceBox the Rottweiler mix. When she’s not training, you can usually find her outside hiking, camping, or just hanging out in the backyard with her dogs. She’s also a big reader and reality TV fan — balance, right?
