Day Training

Why Choose Day Training?

Day Training is designed to continue and strengthen the training your dog has already received — not replace it. This program is exclusively for dogs who have completed a Board and Train or Private Lessons and want ongoing structure, accountability, and guided practice after finishing their initial program.

Think of Day Training as your dog’s “maintenance and momentum” plan. It keeps their skills sharp, provides structured socialization, and helps us catch small regressions before they turn into bigger habits. With consistent weekday practice, your dog continues progressing while you maintain the results at home.

What Your Dog Will Learn

Each session is tailored to the goals established during their previous training program. Common focuses include:

• Reinforcing obedience and leash manners
• Practicing neutrality around dogs, people, and distractions
• Improving impulse control in different environments
• Maintaining structure to reduce anxiety, reactivity, or overexcitement
• Adding new skills or strengthening weak areas identified during follow-ups
• Continued exposure, socialization, and fulfillment in a controlled setting

What to Expect

Day Training is designed to fit smoothly into your life and give your dog the reps they need to make progress stick.

✓ Offered Tuesday through Friday
✓ Designed as a continuation program (not a stand-alone service)
✓ Weekly progress updates so you know exactly what to reinforce
✓ Structured sessions that keep your dog progressing consistently
✓ Ability to spot and address regressions early
✓ A once-per-week minimum attendance requirement for all Day Training members
